Team Fundraisers
I've been a co-owner of FC United since the early days, and try to get to a few games every season. I've had so many highs over those years, and I feel that it's my turn to give something back if I can, so I'd like to see if anyone would like to sponsor me in running Hell Up North, “The toughest half marathon in the UK”. It's tough because it says so on the website at http://hellrunner.co.uk/hellupnorth/ and it takes place in Delamere Forest in Cheshire on Saturday 17 October 2015, so it’s bound to be wet, muddy and hilly.
Another reason for wanting to raise money for the FC United Development Fund is that I attended St Mary's School briefly in the 1980s before my family moved to North Wales, and I admire the club's links with local community. So, these are my reasons for wanting to raise money for this cause. I'd appreciate it if you would donate any amount no matter how small.
