Team Fundraisers
As part of the 40th birthday celebrations, Jude and Alan are taking part in Strictly Come Dancing which will be in the Clayton hotel on the 21st of June. This includes 11 intense weeks of dance rehearsals, fundraising and spreading the word about the work that Include Youth do for young people in or leaving care.
Alan, now a staff member of Include Youth, was once a young person on Include Youth programmes. "I entered into the care system at a young age, with this came a lot of challenges during teenage years where I needed the support the most. Include Youth helped me to gain confidence, gave me the ability to achieve my goals in youth work. Now I am a staff member, I am giving back what the staff had done for me, helping young people gain and sustain employment."
