Hi All, I am doing the New York Marathon on the 6th of November.
I have done a couple of marathons before, and numerous half marathons, but I have only ever done 1 for charity before, but as old age is settling in, this will be my last and most challenging plod. So I am going to ask you to help me raise some money for the above dementia hub. They need a lift, alterations and new entrance so they can use the rooms above in their premises which will cost about £150,000.
I think I could be using their services soon, as already I cannot even remember the colour of my underpants!
Please give generously if you can, and even a few pounds will collectively help.
And yes I am running in my union jack tee-shirt!
