I have recently discovered the joys of distance running and I have also recently begun to understand something about people with autism, as my partner's daughter is autistic. I know that the Leeds ABC support group is a run by a small and very hard working group of people who are always in need of funds to support the many children, families and young people with autism in Leeds (and beyond), with social activities,advice, advocacy and friendship.
The photo is from last year's Leeds Half Marathon. This year I'll be running without a beard.
