This May I will be completing a 4 day cycle from Bath to Paris. After losing 7 and a half stone, I would like to carry on this weight loss journey. By meeting Hayley from Sporting Family Change she convinced me to sign up to this challenge. She only got me to agree to this after a few beers...by the Sunday I had the bike and all! We have been training since October with a group of us going out, come rain or shine! Sporting Family Change uses sport to empower, inspire and motivate local families into making positive life-long lifestyle changes, creating opportunities for all.
