I'm riding (on a bicycle) the Prudential Ride 100 on July 31st on behalf of Bikeworks, a London based not-for-profit social enterprise who focus on making cycling available to all. The inclusive clubs aim to get people on bikes regardless of confidence, age, experience or disability. At each club there are a range of adapted bikes such as handcycles and assisted tandems as well as standard two wheelers and adult and junior tricycles.
