Team Fundraisers
Hi there.
those of you who know me well know I love my running - but I have to have a real goal to help me push myself and be disciplined. I have decided to do my favourite event again...The Great North Run. In order to share the pain I have managed to persuade my daughter Rhiannon to join me. We are very happy to be fundraising for a great local charity based in Blyth, They are the Escape Family Support Group and we have promised to raise £450 for them. Of course they are an amazing group of people and we would truly love to smash this figure and surprise them with an even bigger donation.
So we are calling on all of our lovely friends and family to support us and sponsor us round the 13 mile course. Probably for the final time for me .....and hopefully the first of many for Rhiannon.
You'll be pleased to know that our training is well underway and we're pounding the streets of Cramlington as per the prescribed training plan. Promise!
