So after several years of having my arm and other bodily parts twisted, I have finally agreed to ride the RING OF FIRE bike ride. This year, 2025, we have the BIG360 for the ROF25.

UK based ride, from Milton Keynes RUFC we head north to Nottingham, west to Newport (the one in Salops, not Wales...well I think its that one), then down to Glos and back to MKRUFC. Fours days in the saddle, 3 nights in budget luxury accommodation with 60 other 'rugby lads'...what could possibly go wrong. A rugby tour, for Charity, on wheels. With unknown challenges along the way.

Ninety miles per day (min), early starts and late finishes.

I am not a 'world class athlete' but I am prepared to have a go at this , with my friends, to do my bit. Wish me luck. The stabilizers come off next week, and then off I go. There will be no stopping me.
