The Wilberforce Trust is York's oldest charity, established in 1833.
Since then we've done some fabulous work supporting blind and partially sighted people in York and North Yorkshire to make the most of the sight they have and to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.
On 25 June 2016 we are holding a Challenge Walk to cover the 60.5 mile Wilberforce Way which extend from Hull to York, each team of walkers covering a substantial stretch of the way, so that together we can complete the walk in a single day.
Please sponsor me to take part in this Challenge Walk.
Your support is vital in helping us to fundraise towards our target of £10,000 which will help pay for The Eyevan (a mobile eye care and information service for rural communities).
Please give. Any donation whatsoever is fundamental in helping to reach our target to help people with sight loss.
