Im a middle aged mum of three sons ... im not fit by any means but i do like a challenge.. i saw that lads need dads were doing a funraiser in tbe colour run at tbe time it was 9 weeks away.... so i looked into the cto5k app that takes 8 weeks ... i tjought i can do this and here i am ..
