I've set up this fundraising page for friends and I get donations for taking part pain barrier.
The charity is Nwy Asbah who have helped my family so much.
There is few reasons why I first decided to take part i...n pain barrier.
I joined Crossfit West Yorkshire May 2013, reason behind this is my inspirational 10 year old son Dylan.
For those that don't know Dylan is paralysed from chest down.
His conditions , spina bifida & hydrocephalus, and has clocked up 63 operations.
I've watched Dylan fight so hard do things we take for granted everyday.
He inspires me everyday!
Then there is me with a fully functional body that was moaning about my fitness, shameful really.
So I joined Crossfit and feel like I have gained some special friends.
Crossfit West Yorkshire have also become another inspiring part my life, and when my friend Lisa asked me take part pain barrier I decided I would do it and push myself just as Dylan has do everyday!
The ladies from Crossfit , Lisa, Emma, Sarah ,Ria, nina & Vicky been so kind in all agreeing to use pain barrier as chance raise funds for charity that means so much me.
I'm also grateful to these ladies for letting me take part with them and giving me chance inspire my son as he does me.

A TOUGH 10K RACE.
WE DECIDED TO USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO RAISE MONEY FOR A CHARITY VERY CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS.
NORTH AND WEST YORKSHIRE ASBAH IS A FANTASTIC CHARITY THAT SUPPORTS FAMILIES AFFECTED BY SPINA BIFIDA AND/OR HYDROCEPHALUS.
THIS CHARITY HAS HELPED MY FAMILY SO MUCH SINCE 2003 WHEN MY SON DYLAN WAS BORN WITH SEVERE SPINA BIFIDA AND HYDROCEPHLUS.
THERE SUPPORT IS A VALUABLE LIFE LINE TO US!
