Tanswell Vs Stacey Well my loving wife Joanne was under the impression that I was going to retire from the 'fight game' after two years of charity scrapping for The Riff Raff Society and the great local causes that they support. Unfortunately for her mental health (and possibly mine) I have been called out by a young whipper snapper - Local Gym Owner & Fitness Guru Jack Stacey. What's a middle aged egomaniac gonna do?? As well as being in his prime 10-15 years younger than me Jack also has the advantage of having the opportunity to train all day everyday in his shiny new boxing ring at his gym. On my side of the coin he hasn't had the learning opportunities that I have (Growing up on the Mean Streets of Stretford) so in my mind that leaves it 'in the balance', it's a real challenge and a sacrifice that I am ready to make in order to help boost the two local kids that the charity are supporting through our boxing show. Please chuck in a few quid and get to the fight so The Riff Raff Society can do their stuff and send Madison Shields on holiday (Cancer Treatment) and modify or upgrade Kayden Simpson's (Cerebral Palsy) family vehicle so the Simpson family can fit all his equipment in the vehicle and go places together as a family (They can't in their current situation) Last year my great friend (Young Jedi) and side kick Jake 'The Razor' Roberts took on Jack Stacey in Riff Raff Fight-Club 2 and earned a credible draw which was just about acceptable in our office. We need another belt on the wall so that is my goal along with giving the community some great entertainment and enjoying the great feeling that comes from fundraising for the children that we are helping.
