Team Fundraisers
Four of the Avid Personnel team are taking on the 72 holes of golf challenge on Sunday 16th July 2023 at Clays Golf course, Wrexham in aid of local charity Your Space.
Your Space is a small charity that supports young people with Autism and their families, based in Llay, Wrexham. Your child does not need a diagnosis of Autism to attend our sessions. We run fun and social after school and holiday clubs for our young people.
Your Space provide a network of support for our families through our Outreach Team and Family Support Service.Although we are a small charity, we have a wide reach across, Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Shropshire and Powys. Avid Personnel are a recruitment company supplying temporary and permanent staff and have offices in Chester and Shrewsbury. National Sales Manager, Sean Brimlow says ‘the team at Avid feel a real connection to Wrexham as we’re recruitment partners with several local businesses. As well as that, several colleagues are Wrexham born and bred.’
Your Space is a local charity that works in the geographical areas where we have offices and where we support other local businesses. It felt right that we support them.
As we have a couple of keen golfers and a few part time golfers in the ranks it felt the ideal challenge to take up. All four players will be walking the 4 rounds with at least 2 determined on carrying their bags as well!
