As many of you know, I have volunteered with Keen London for 5 years and its a charity close to my heart. For those of you that don't know, we work with our athletes who have disabilities and other additional needs. It is so important for these children to be in a safe and inclusive space where they can enjoy themselves, and its been amazing to see the difference it has made over the years.
I've decided to run an inflatable 5k with some of the Keen London team, so any donations would be most appreciated, however small.
