I am running the Great North Run for the first time this year in aid of Escape Family Support. Escape Family Support is a charity that provides invaluable support to vulnerable families who are experiencing problems with domestic violence, child and adult safeguarding issues and alcohol and drug addiction. Charitable donations make up a vital proportion of their yearly funds and that's why I'd be so grateful if you would sponsor me! Any donation would be fantastic :)
