Blenheim Triathlon - BDO Reading

The challenge: Blenheim Triathlon Sunday 3rd June Set amongst the beautiful grounds of Blenheim palace, 10 team members from BDO Reading are aiming to complete the sprint or super sprint triathlon. Training is ramping up for the triathlon team, with their first open water swim coming up on 3rd May. The BDO team are a mix of triathlon newbies (who are probably thinking what have we signed up for?) and those who have already completed a few events before (so they know what is coming and have willingly signed up for this!) Alongside the opportunity get fitter and earn a medal, the most important reason why we have signed up for this challenge is to support The Berkshire Community Foundation (BCF). The vision of BCF is to create a strong generous community in Berkshire where people work in partnership to enhance the quality of local life. They fund local charities and community groups who work at the grassroots level, addressing issues such as child poverty, unemployment, social isolation and homelessness.This is certainly something which BDO Reading would like to assist with, and this is why this charity has been chosen for this event. So please donate to help this worthy cause. The donations no matter the size will give the triathlon team a boost in their last month of training and also for motivation on the day!
