I don’t normally ask for donations but this is a charity that more than deserves some funding help.
The work they do is vital for those that have experienced abuse and those around them that the abuse may have affected myself included.
If everyone that reads this donated a £1 we could raise money in no time.
The Hastings half this year will be my 10th. I never thought after the struggles I’ve experienced that i would be making a comeback to ‘proper ‘ running but here I am giving it my best shot.
Please if you can help me out and donate whatever you think me running up a 5mile hill and then another 8.1miles afterwards is worth !! Together we can make a difference.
