Salford Foodbank - Manchester Great Run
The last time I ran further than a train platform was about 20 years ago. So now I'm attempting to run/walk/limp 10k around Manchester with the huffiest red face in town! I'll need all the support I can get! I want to raise money and awareness of the work that the wonderful staff and volunteers do at the Salford Central Foodbank. Any donations or advice about how to run in a straight line and not fall over would be gratefully received! Thanks all!
