After completing the Cardiff half back in 2011, I have jogged a bit - mostly after my ever busy kids to keep them safe and sound! Now, in a fit of madness and a bid to keep fit (nothing to do with the 40th birthday in June!) I've signed up for the Cardiff 10k in September this year. I'm raising money for SVC Cardiff, a volunteering charity managed by my great friend and who do a great deal of good works for local communities across the city.
