This project covers all our core costs like rent, utilities, computers, insurance, police-checks, governance, recruitment, training, public information and so on.

To allow us to keep developing new village good neighbour schemes, and co-ordinating our Welcome Home from Hospital and Help at Home volunteer visits, we need to be properly managed, run our processes safely and securely, and comply with charities and general legislation. This backroom 'stuff' is essential to make the rest happen!

We need to widen our funding base so that when our three-year grants expire we have alternative funds to keep our vital free services going. So we need to employ an office manager by March 2010 who can complete quarterly monitoring returns to our grant funders and start new fundraising activites looking to the future.
