Ben's 2 tough mudder challenge for Carers Leeds.

Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course designed to test physical strength, stamina, and mental grit. It is probably one of the toughest events on the planet and I am doing it twice in a month!!! https://toughmudder.co.uk/events/what-is-tough-mudder I have chosen to do this to raise funds to help support the fantastic work carried out by my wife and her colleagues in the Carers Leeds, Specialist Dementia Carer Support Team. They never fail to amaze me with their continual passion and commitment to improving the lives of people with dementia and their carers. The Specialist Dementia Carer Support Team provide on going emotional support, specialised information and carer training workshops to over 100 carers per month across Leeds. They provide this through 1:1 support within the carers own home, by telephone or in a group setting at the various carers groups and dementia cafes that they support.
