Bev's First Ever Great North Run for HUG
Well, this year, to celebrate my 50th birthday (no cheeky comments please!), I am finally participating in, instead of watching, "The Great North Run"! I'm very excited but also extremely terrified! I am proud to be running for a local charity HUG (Help, Understanding and Glamour). This amazing breast cancer charity was started back in 2006 by three lovely ladies who were all going through their treatment for breast cancer. The charity has helped, and continues to help and support, so many local women through one of the most frightening times in their lives.
