A few months ago, my amazing friend Laura persuaded me to sign up to run a half marathon with her on behalf of the amazing charity, West London Welcome, which runs a community centre for and with refugees, migrants, people seeking asylum, and other locals.
I'm a bit terrified, and woefully unprepared, but this is a fantastic cause and I'd be hugely grateful for any support you are able to give.
