We offer families a good day out, a change of scene and a chance to enjoy each other's company away from the stresses of daily life at home. In 2013 we took 175 children and their families on a day trip to Bristol Zoo, and although heavy traffic on the M4 delayed our arrival, everyone had a great time when we finally got there! Other destinations have included Chessington World of Adventures, Windsor Safari Park, Legoland and seaside places like Southsea and Bournemouth.

Many of the families we support never have a holiday. Maybe money is too tight, or maybe a parent or a child is too unwell to travel much. Whatever the reason, they don't have the opportunities to get away from it all that most of us take for granted - not even for a single day. Some of the children on our seaside trips have never even paddled in the sea before.

At least 200 children and families will have a great day out, with loads of excitement and fun. Hopefully the sun will shine! And the children will have a fantastic experience to tell all their friends about when they get back to school.
