On August 4th, I will be taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 event. As the event name strongly hints at this is riding a bicycle for 100 miles around London and Surrey. I wouldn’t class myself as a strong cyclist, but I do look fantastic in Lycra.
My chosen charity is Teen Talk which provides confidential information, support and activities for young people aged 11-25 in Tendring Essex.

About Prudential Ride 100
Developed by the Mayor of London and his agencies in 2013, Prudential RideLondon is the world's greatest festival of cycling. The seventh edition will take place over the weekend of 3-4 August 2019.
