On August 4th, I will be taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 event. As the event name strongly hints at this is riding a bicycle for 100 miles around London and Surrey. I wouldn’t class myself as a strong cyclist, but I do look fantastic in Lycra. 
My chosen charity is Teen Talk which provides confidential information, support and activities for young people aged 11-25 in Tendring Essex.
