Blurt It Out Fundraising - please help !

I am hosting a coffee afternoon to help to raise funds for The Blurt Foundation, an amazing charity that aims to increase awareness and understanding of depression. On their website ( www.blurt.org.uk) The Blurt Foundation states that, "Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we’re working hard to get that message out there. We raise awareness, provide tools and knowledge to help proactive recovery and challenge the stigma that prevents people reaching out for help. We work closely with medical practitioners, employers, schools and companies to help them understand depression, what it means and how they can support those affected by it." The Blurt Foundation provides practical, free resources and very useful Blog posts, to support those living with depression as well as those who are supporting others. Blurt's wonderful Buddy Boxes promote self-care or act as a very supportive gift for a friend or family member. If you are able to donate to The Blurt Foundation the money raised will enable The Blurt Foundation to continue with their vital work to support, inform and most importantly to offer hope and to save lives.
