I'm working a project to raise funds for Men's mental health in the form of a calender to celebrate the gym and how it creates a escapism for people battling with their own stuff ..
The idea is to have an individual or group for each month in memory of someone lost.
The calander itself and my journey to stage to compete In a body building competition will be in honer of an incredible young man Henry Reed pictured below ❤️
