After just about surviving last years 10K I have decided to give it another shot and maybe even improve on my time, so its time to step away from the biscuits and get the running shoes on, and what better incentive than to try and raise a bit of money in the process for Sunshine and Smiles Leeds Down Syndrome Network. xx
