In October 2022 we launched the Brake Out programme.
The aim is all about community engagement of young people aged 6-14 in Lillington and Sydenham, helping them take pride in their community, get active, involving them in positive activities to help raise their aspirations in general.
Our activities are all about improving the physical and mental health of young people living in Sydenham and Lillington. Increasing young people's confidence, social skills and generally raising their aspirations and quality of life.
We also have further support for 15+ year olds via our volunteer pathway through both the Brakes Foundation and Leamington Football Club.
