Hello all,
I'm running the Hackney Half Marathon this Sunday (19th May). I'm not particularly in shape for this and just returned from a holiday in Mexico so I'm hoping I wont have a heart attack 'til after the finish line.
I'm running for a charity called Keen London, they're an amazing charity that are providing one-to-one support at free sports and activity sessions for children with additional needs or disabilities.
I've been attending Keen for the past year or so, and I can say from first hand experience that everyone involved are doing amazing things to support children with additional needs or disabilities.
