‘Britannia Rules’ is the Dragon Boat Racing team made up of staff working for Bradford Council in Britannia House, Bradford.
We hope to raise lots of money for the District’s Lord Mayors appeal, and if we can have a little fun in the process showing Britannia Rules the waves of Saltaire, then all the better!!
This year the Lord Mayor is raising money for two great causes; the Bradford Children’s Hospital Appeal, raising funds to provide essential equipment for the new children’s ward at the Bradford Royal Infirmary; and ‘Spread a Smile’, which makes small grants for organisations and smaller groups across the Bradford District.
