Raising funds to assist in the purchase of our building. We have received a commercial mortgage offer and have a large deposit already to cover the building purchase price. However, we still need to raise funds to cover the VAT and the stamp duty.

By purchasing our building we will be reducing our costs. This will allow us to provide more full time coaches enabling us to increase the quality of our provision even further.

Ultimately, purchasing our building will free up approx £35,000 pa which can then be used to fund additional coaching members of staff.
