Every year, C2C Social Action supports over 1,000 people across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes to move away from crime, poverty, homelessness, abuse and social isolation.

We work alongside people at some of the most challenging points in their lives, offering practical help, hope and long-term support. Our specialist services include:

• Three women’s centres (Northampton, Kettering and Milton Keynes)

• Men’s housing and hub

• An allotment garden supporting wellbeing, skills and connection

• 1-to-1 and group support tailored to individual needs
