We provide a meal and activities from conversation, worship, craft, quiz nights and an exploration into the life of Jesus, and what it means to follow Jesus in a holistic fashion. Our current members vary in age and background, and our aim is to explore faith in a friendly, family orientated environment with love at the centre of our mission. Café church provides opportunities for inter-generational work, as well as allows opportunities for young people to learn new skills through volunteering.

As Church we recognise that people are not one dimensional beings, but that we are made up of encompassing, interlinking needs that create who we are. It is our response to offer Church that is relevant and accessible to the local community; focussing on supporting peoples immediate needs, as well as spiritual by providing a holistic environment where they can belong. Café Church runs Thursday evenings striving to develop a community provision where all are welcome.

Spanning just over a year now, our current participants number 35 and vary in age, culture and background. It is a very young Church with circa 20 young people attending on a regular basis. Through festive events we have seen over 80 people attend and we hope to build on the foundations of this new church by reaching our local community by developing further provisions to support the most vulnerable in our community.
