Canopy wants to provide more training opportunities, plus help more people get into apprenticeships and jobs.

Unemployment is high, and many people have low levels of skills. We are successful in training people in construction related skills, and in working in partnership with others to get unemployed people onto accredited training, into apprenticeships and jobs. We want to do more of this in 2015/16 and need your help.

We will get as many people as possible trained on our sites in skills such as plastering, joinery, decorating, safety, teamwork and timekeeping. We will advise and help people with job search, support people as they move towards training and work. We will work with partners to get as many people as possible into apprenticeships and work experience placements.
