On the 9th-10th of May I will be taking part in the 10-Y-Fan event. The Assent-Decent of Pen-Y-Fan, 10 times in 24hrs. I am looking to raise the sum of £200 for a local Charity ‘The Cardiff Food Bank’ which I strongly support. All donations go directly to the food bank to help give a 3 day balanced food supply to those in financial need in the Cardiff area. It is run entirely by volunteers and only made possible by donations. You can donate, anonymously, as little as you want or drop off any food items at the food banks. Diolch yn fawr!
