So this year both John and I are getting on our trainers to take part in the Cardiff Half Marathon to honour our beautiful Belle and help raise much needed funds for Ty Hafan - Belle and I were fortunate to stay at Ty Hafan several times and I’ve seen the difference that amazing place can make to the children with life limiting illnesses - I’ve seen the smiles and witnessed the hugs and felt the love so please please if you can spare a few pounds we would be so grateful and if you know John and I you will know we aren’t built to run!!
