Carole was looking for a new way to keep fit and came across an advert on Social Media for Spin spirit classes. Which involves people keeping fit and active by attending regular hula hooping classes. Carole is new to the classes and on Sunday 29th July at Mewsbrook Park in Littlehampton will be dancing with a hula hoop for an hour. Any member of the public is free to join in and do some hula hooping, as well with a donation anytime between 11am - 4pm Carole would love people to sponsor her hour hula hoop dance she will be carrying out on the day!
Frame of Mind is an excellent cause, hula hooping for one hour sounds tough.
