Once again I am taking part in the next charity fight nation and stepping into the boxing ring in remberance of my late brother Fred who took his own life 4 years ago in March, he suffered in silence and nobody was aware of how he felt and how low he was so this charity falls close to my heart and also my family’s. If you could spare any change for this charity it would mean a lot, mental health is a taboo subject let’s change this. No more suffering in silence. It’s ok not to be ok ♥️
