I'll be taking part in a boxing event hosted by Charity Fight Nation to raise money for Tonic Music For Mental Health. Some of you may already be aware that I'm the Music Coordinator for Tonic so will know that it's a charity that I strongly support and believe in.
The money raised goes towards keeping the workshops at Tonic running and free for all to attend. So please give generously if you can because these workshops are proving to have hugely positive impacts on people's lives.
