After a hard couple of years with less highs and more lows for myself, I found the gym!
Not only did this give me something to focus on but also a place to meet new people and set my self personal goals.
Now I find myself in a much better place I want to push myself further out my comfort zone and will be taking to the ring after an intense 9 week training and having never put a pair of boxing gloves in my life.
