CFN8 is here and as a team we are hoping to raise the roof for Tonic as well as two young boxing brothers from Gosport boxing club who have recently lost their mum. All donations will go to tonic and a percentage of this will go to these young boys who need our support. Tonic are an amazing local mental health charity who believe in recovery through music. CFN funds music sessions at Tonic to help people recover or suffering from anxiety depression and many other mental illnesses. We also support our boxers suffering similar issues and work together through Tonic and CFN exercise to support people involved and around Portsmouth.
