Everyone who knows me knows that I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself, both physically and mentally. I have battled with an eating disorder since I was 16 and doing exercise and setting goals helps to keep me from relapsing (nearly 5 years without one now) I am currently a carer for my 9 year daughter who is disabled and suffers from autism. She also has an anxiety disorder, so I know her mental health is something that is always going to affect her.
On 13th of April I am competing in a charity boxing show. This will be the most relevant event for me as it’s raising money for mental health. We all have been effected by this in some way, either with our own metal health or seeing someone we love fight battles every day. I am so focused on giving this my all so I would be so grateful if anyone could donate any amount big or small to the cause. Thanks guys ❤️
