I am going to participate in the next boxing match dedicated to Tonic Music for Mental Health.
I wanted to raise awareness and money for this charity but I'm also passionate about boxing and mixed martial arts.
I was inspired by talking to friends, family and from personal experiences.
My goal is £500 but if we could break that, it would mean a lot to everyone who is suffering.

About Tonic Music for Mental Health
*** CHARITY FIGHT NATION 7 ** Charity Fight Nation 7 will take place on Saturday 13th April at Pryzm Nightclub Portsmouth. We will be raising the roof for Tonic Music for mental health who are a fundamental part of CFN . The event will take place from 2pm until about 8pm with an after show party including viewing of the potential AJ fight later that evening. We have special guests to open the show and during the show too so all very exciting and raising the bar from the very successful CFN6 once again which we always do.
