Time flies when you're  having fun!!!
Charity Fight Nation 7 was the best experience I have ever had and been involved in. There was not a chance I wouldn't  be taking part again!

So many people around me are living everyday with Mental Health and even more people are watching their loved ones hurt so much and feel soo helpless.
This time I will be getting in the ring for those who have been watching their loved ones struggle daily with depression. 
These past few months have been my toughest yet. Helping those who I love the most go through hell and back and watching my best friend go through the struggles I've had to face has been a real eye opener and has made me realise I'm not alone.

Andrea you have been my absolute rock and thank you for showing and teaching me how to be strong.

So for Chris and Dan let's go and smash CFN8 and do what we do best...

...Punch each other in the face and laugh about it after!

Tonic Music for Mental Health help to change so many lives so to be able to raise money for them again is an absolute  pleasure!
