Caitlin was diagnosed type 1 Diabetic Dec 30th 2010 when she was 5 yrs old, its a day we will never forget. She has such amazing strength and copes with everything that's thrown at her. We have been going to the wish group meetings 4 months now and Caitlin is about to go to Newlands for the 2nd time, its an amazing group of people that do so much for our wonderful D warriors. we are already selling homemade sweet cones to raise money for the group and got coffee and bake sales coming up, but myself and my children are doing this walk as well and would love to raise a much as we can thank you Tracy and Caitlin Collins xx
