Enough of this couply nonsense - it's time to rope in the kids! They have younger joints, run faster and look much cuter in the pics.
This Sunday is the last of our 10k runs for the bonkers 40k in 4 months. As part of the Manchester running weekend Benjamin is doing the junior run and Emily the mini one. This is their first ever big event like this so please support if you can.
As a part of The Riff Raff Society's (theriffraffsociety.org) sporting branch - Team Nutbar - we are raising money for a local little boy, Thomas Brown, who has cerebral palsy and other complications. The money will help pay for life enhancing equipment he needs.
