In July 2013 East Midlands Cheer Elite wishes to hold and run a cheerleading camp. This will take place at Sutton Centre Community College on one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) between 9am - 3pm. If successful we propose to pay for five coaches from the British cheerleading association to instruct our coaches, members and volunteers taking part in the camp with new routines and complex stunts. Places will be advertised in local schools and within the local community.

This project has been planned for the children and young people of Sutton-in-Ashfield. This will allow them to spend time in the school holidays doing an activity that will get them active and build up self confidence. If we can support their families with the costs involved with this project. It will remove a lot of pressure off the family unit at these hard times.

More young people joining our cheerleading club in 2013. local childern of Ashfield would have a summer club to go to and join in with.
