London to Southend Bike Ride

Many of you already know but I work for Havering Association for People with Disabilities (H.A.D), we are a small charity based in Havering supporting adults living with disabilities with the aim to increase their social inclusion.  Our mission is to Improve the quality of life and provide opportunities for people with disabilities and those that support them by encouraging their active participation in their community. To provide them with a voice, voice and control over their lives.
As a small charity we rely on part funding by London Borough of Havering, but more and more we need donations to keep up the standard of services that we currently offer our clients.
Therefore as this is H.A.D's 50th year, we are celebrating by taking part in many fundraising events and I am challenging myself to ride London to Southend, this is a very big challenge for me as I have never taken part in anything like this before. Therefore please could you help me donate even just a little to make my own challenge worthwhile and support a worthy cause.
