C&C's C2C is 'Chris & Chris's Coast to Coast off road cycling adventure'
I'm Chris, Co-ordinator of Wheels For All Bath&West, and together with my friend Chris - we are going on a mountain biking adventure from the 10th - 17th June this year.
We'll be riding 230 miles, with an overall ascent of 26683 feet (That's almost the height of Everest!), while raising funds for Friends of Wheels For All Bath&West. It's not going to be easy but I'm hoping that you can help me on the way by donating to Wheels for All Bath & West!
Starting in Ravenglass in Cumbria and ending up in Ravenscar in Yorkshire we'll be crossing the highest tracks and trails in the Lake District, followed by the Yorkshire Dales and finally over the North Yorkshire Moors to Robin Hoods Bay.
At Wheels for All Bath&West we rely a lot on the help of our volunteers to support us and I'm really conscious of the effort that that they put into keeping our multifarious wheels turning. So, whilst I enjoy riding bikes myself I thought it would be a good way to celebrate their effort by putting some effort into pedalling myself across England and raising funds for new and better special bikes.
